Smoked Salmon Sliders

Light and crunchy smoked salmon sliders!

Serves 2
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Spicy Mayo
100g smoked salmon
2 spring onions, chopped
1/2 cup Sushi Soy Sauce
Sunflower oil
3 sheets rice paper
2 tbsp Black Roasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Mix together measures of smoked salmon, Spicy Mayo, spring onion, and Sushi Soy Sauce.
Heat sunflower oil in a fry pan to high.
Fry up your rice paper sheets one at a time, before resting on a plate ready to serve.
Add your salmon mixture, followed by a sprinkle of Black Roasted Sesame Seeds and spring onion. Enjoy whilst fresh!
