Ingredients
- 60ml Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp salt flakes
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 1 pinch White Roasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Combine the rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a bowl and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Add in the thinly sliced cucumber and chilli flakes and stir the mixture to coat the cucumber. Leave this for 15-25 minutes to pickle.
- Once pickled, drain the pickling liquid from the cucumbers, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top, and serve.
