For this recipe you can use premade dashi or prepare your own. For this simple recipe all you need to do is add all your dashi into a saucepan and bring it to a gentle simmer for a few minutes.
Once the dashi is simmering, add in the rest of your ingredients and leave for a further 10 minutes, adding salt to taste.
Leave to cool and save for later or add in noodles and toppings to make a delicious ramen meal.
