A quick and easy recipe to elevate your edamame.

10 mins Serves 2-3

Ingredients

  • 250g edamame beans
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Drizzle of Sushi Soy Sauce
  • Poke Sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Heat a fry pan with measure of sesame oil.
  2. Add edamame beans to the pan once hot. After a couple of minutes, drizzle over lemon juice to taste.
  3. Once edamame is cooked, transfer to serving bowl. Top with a generous drizzle of Sushi Soy Sauce and Poke Sprinkle. Enjoy!
