Taco Tuesday, sushi style.
Our tasty take on the viral sushi tacos!

Ingredients
- Nori sheets
- Sushi Rice (cooked as per packet instructions)
- 5 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 200g tinned tuna
- 1 tbsp Sushi Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Spicy Mayo
- Avocado (cubed)
- Cucumber (cubed, optional)
- White & Black Sesame Seeds
- Wasabi Mayo (optional)
Instructions
- Add your tinned tuna into a bowl and pour in measures of Sushi Soy Sauce and Spicy Mayo, along with a pinch of salt. Mix and then set it aside in the fridge.
- Cut the Nori Sheets into circles. Spread a thin layer of Sushi Rice on each circle. Press down using your fingers to help it stick down. Spray the rice with oil.
- Place in the air fryer (creating a taco shape for each nori) and cook for 10-15 mins at 180C until crispy.
- Top with avocado and tuna mix. You can also add in diced cucumbers if you have them here.
- Sprinkle your tacos with White & Black Sesame Seeds, followed by any additional sauce drizzles. (We went with some more Sushi Soy Sauce, and a dollop of Wasabi Mayo!).
