Light and crunchy smoked salmon sliders!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Spicy Mayo
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sushi Soy Sauce
  • Sunflower oil
  • 3 sheets rice paper
  • 2 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix together measures of smoked salmon, Spicy Mayo, spring onion, and Sushi Soy Sauce.
  2. Heat sunflower oil in a fry pan to high.
  3. Fry up your rice paper sheets one at a time, before resting on a plate ready to serve.
  4. Add your salmon mixture, followed by a sprinkle of Black Sesame Seeds and spring onion. Enjoy whilst fresh!
