White Roasted Sesame Seeds

This simple recipe will become your go-to salad for an easy lunch.

Ingredients
For the salad:
- 150g Soba Noodles
- ½ cucumber
- 3-5 red radishes
- 2-3 spring onions
- handful coriander (optional)
- 1 lime
For the dressing:
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- small piece of ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp White Roasted Sesame Seeds
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to packaging, then strain and rinse under cold water.
- Finely chop the spring onions and slice your radish and cucumber.
- Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl to one side.
- Once satisfied all of the ingredients have combined for the dressing, add your vegetables and dressing to your noodles in a medium serving bowl and enjoy!
