With a sweet and savoury soy-based flavour, this teriyaki salmon is a great dinner idea. With no need to marinate the salmon, this dish comes together quickly and easy all in one pan!
Step 1
Fry ginger, garlic and chilli in a pan with oil, until fragrant.
Step 2
Add Saitaku teriyaki sauce, stirring to combine it with the aromatics.
Step 3
Reduce the sauce to thicken, stirring every so often to ensure that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
Step 4
In a separate pan, fry the salmon for 2 mins on each side.
