Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1.5 tbsp Sushi Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- A sprinkle of MSG
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tbsp White Roasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Thinly slice your cucumber.
- Once sliced, add cucumber into a small container.
- Add measures of Soy Sauce, toasted sesame oil, Rice Vinegar, sugar, msg, grated garlic, sliced green onions, and White Roasted Sesame Seeds to the cucumber slices.
- Put the lid on your container and shake well until mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a dish and serve!
