Make something a little different for your next lunchtime salad with this spicy and slightly crunchy Kani salad.

Ingredients
For the salad:
3 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs
1 tsp vegetable oil
8 crab/seafood sticks
3 tbsp Spicy Mayo
2 tsp Sushi Soy Sauce
2 tsp Mirin
1 small cucumber (thinly sliced)
Black Roasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Add your oil to a frying pan on a medium heat and once the oil it heated, add in the Panko Breadcrumbs. Stir frequently to even coat the crumbs in oil and cook until golden then remove to a bowl to cool.
To make the dressing, in a bowl stir together the Spicy Mayo, Sushi Soy Sauce, and Mirin. Stir well until the ingredients are combined.
Using forks or your hands, gently shred the seafood sticks and place in a bowl. Add in the sliced cucumber, and pour the dressing on top. Toss the ingredients together then add in the toasted Panko Breadcrumbs and toss once more.
Move your salad into a serving bowl and sprinkle Black Roasted Sesame Seeds on top. Enjoy!
